THE FACTORY GRILLED CHEESE MENU

The Smoke Stack: Applewood Smoked Ham smothered in a combination of meltySmoked Gouda and Smoked Mozzarella with a glaze of sweet-habanero sauce. All this crammed between 2 slices of Parmesan-Encrusted Sourdough Bread.

 

The Incinerator: Scrumptious Hot Pepper Cheese surrounds slices of Hot Capicola,sweet Peppadew Peppers and a smidge of Sweet Habanero Sauce.Grilled on Parmesan-Encrusted Sourdough Bread.

 

Pepperoni Grilled Cheese: We added some garlic to our Parmesan-Encrusted SourdoughBread and filled it with gooey Pepperoni Cheese. Mangia!

 

Ham & Swiss: Smoked Ham layered between a mound of Swiss cheese, sweet Peppadew Peppers and Dijon mustard. Grilled on Parmesan-Encrusted Sourdough Bread.

 

The Trifecta: Parmesan-Encrusted Sourdough Bread holds a triple threat combination of Provolone, Cheddar and Swiss.
